In
the case of any unresolved dispute between you and
your surgeon, you are encouraged to seek arbitration.
In the event of litigation the registered medical
practitioners, hospitals and clinics would defend
themselves only in Indian Courts, under Indian jurisdiction
only.
Nikkis
Medicare which is a division of Nikkis Tourism &
Commercial Services Pvt. Ltd., as a facilitator is
a third party payment guarantor only & while acting
in your best interests at all times cannot be held
liable for any medical complications resulting in
personal losses including death or dissatisfaction
with medical results.
There
is a non-refundable deposit payable at the time of
booking. This will amount to 20% of the quoted fee.
The balance of the fee will be payable immediately
following the pre-operative consultation before the
commencement of surgery.
Payment
can be made by International bank transfer, cash or
credit card. Your invoice will reflect the amount
outstanding and banking/ payment instructions.
Your
quoted fee INCLUDES :
Accommodation
for the stated period at the agreed guest house, hotel,
leased home/apartment or bed & breakfast establishment.
All
pre-operative and post-operative consultations in
India, with your chosen surgeon, Procedure/surgery,
hospital accommodation in private or semi-private
room, theatre costs, anaesthetist fees, pathology,
radiology, physiology and hospital drugs.
The
exclusive services of your personal Nikkis Medicare
trained hospitality staff member who will meet you
on arrival and accompany you to and from medical consultation,
hospital and surgery and will oversee your entire
visit to Goa or any other city in India, ensuring
you your privacy and discretion.
All
transfers by professional chauffeur in your private
luxury vehicle to and from Goa or other Indian city's
International Airport to your residence and to your
surgical and medical appointments.
A
comprehensive personal Itinery with your schedule
of medical, dental and surgical appointments
All
correspondence with you by fax, email and telephone
with our consulting physicians and from ourselves
with regards to your planned medical treatment and
your visit to Goa, India
Comprehensive
pre-surgical medical consultation and examination
with our in-house physician
Follow-up
visits to your surgeon and monitoring by our in-house
physician
WHAT
IS NOT INCLUDED :
Travel
costs to and from Goa. However, we will be pleased
to organize your air tickets and other tour and travel
arrangements at very competitive rates through our
exclusive travel bureau.
All
medication required for conditions outside the area
of your surgery and any medications prescribed following
your surgery. Please bring along all currently prescribed
medications you take regularly in sufficient quantity
to cover your stay here.
A
copy of your prescriptions should be in your possession.
It is advisable to have anti malaria medications if
travelling to India.
The
quoted fee you will receive does not cover meals not
specified in your accommodations and items of a personal
nature, including telephone calls, tips, laundry,
etc. However a cell phone can be provided for your
exclusive use during your stay here (subject to availability)
The
quote you will receive will cover normal expected
costs, but will NOT cover any costs due to unforeseen
complications which may arise from the surgery or
any other causes.
These
are not limited to but may include extra hospital
stay, consults with other specialist physicians etc.
Not
included in the quote is additional transportation
for accompanying persons to visit you in hospital,
although this will gladly be arranged.
